When you begin a weight loss program, your dietary intake is the first component that must be addressed. Dr. Clark has created a variety of diet plans that can be customized to your particular needs and goals. Depending on your lifestyle, the diet can utilize supplements only, all food or a combination of the two.
Once Dr. Clark thoroughly evaluates you for underlying metabolic problems and meets with you to review your results and understand your goals, he places you on a diet/meal plan that is right for you. The diet generally includes an adequate protein and controlled carbohydrate intake. Throughout your weight loss journey, we monitor your intake and body composition to ensure that you are losing fat and not lean body mass (a key to metabolic health and successful weight maintenance).
