We address all of these questions and many more in the fitness components of the CMH Weight Management University curriculum. Even better, fitness is customized to your particular situation. We make sure that you are in a fun, inviting and non-threatening atmosphere.

We want to make sure you improve your fitness level both gradually and safely. We have a fitness studio staffed with outstanding certified personal trainers. Fitness is key to building/maintaining your lean body mass—something that supports your overall metabolism and is necessary for weight maintenance (and avoiding the “yo-yo dieting that many of us are familiar with).
